A. Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Arna Group, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted treasures in the best condition. Each piece of jewelry is meticulously checked and packed by our team before it leaves our workshop.

  • Processing Time: Since many of our items, like our Terracotta Ganesha and Floral hand-painted sets, are artisanal, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing and packaging.

  • Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹ 999. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹ 50 will be applied at checkout.

  • Delivery Timeline: We partner with reputed courier services to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely.

    • Within West Bengal: 3–5 business days.

    • Rest of India: 5–8 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your package in real-time.

B. Return & Refund Policy

Because our jewelry is handcrafted and often made-to-order, we have a specific return policy to protect the integrity of our artisans' work.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We only offer returns or exchanges if the product you received is physically damaged or if you received the wrong design.

  • The "Unboxing Video" Requirement: To ensure a fair process, we require a mandatory unboxing video (starting from the sealed package to the reveal of the product). Without this video, we cannot process claims for damage during transit.

  • Reporting Period: Please report any issues to arnagroup88@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is approved and the item is received back at our facility, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank/UPI) within 7 working days.

C. Terms & Conditions

By using arnagroup.in, you agree to our terms. Our products are handcrafted; minor variations in color or design compared to website photos are a hallmark of artisanal work and not considered defects. Prices include GST as per government regulations.

D. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  1. Minor color variations (Hand-painted items may vary slightly from the screen image).

  2. Change of mind after the product has been shipped.

  3. Items that use artificial beads or fabric elements as described in the product listing
